the first day you can feel them in there, then you basically only feel pain when you are chewing which is AWFUL because...i mean, you have to chew to eat...right? anyways, i only have mine in for a week (3 more days) and then i get those bands. can't wait until they come out!

It sucks when you eat with them, I accidentally swallowed mines when I ate cereal this morning and I now feel sore from not having them.

So i just got my separators in yesterday , they didnt really hurt till the next day . i eat advil like crazy !! i cant even close my mouth all the way, i cant eat or drink cold things either . i can wait to get these fuckers out

I'm sooo scared what if you swollow it? Why do braces have to have parts that you can easily choke on??? Plus I hate pain I get sores sometime and I can't stad it!

they hurt like HELL. more than the jaw expander. i swallowed one of mine 2 days ago, and then pooped it out. dont worri guise. if ya swallow it, its just gonna come out one way or another

I got mine yesterday, and they don't seem to bother me much. I mean I can feel them in there but I'm not in any pain or anything...

i have my spacers in now this is day 2 and it doesnt hurt yet. but i want to know what happens if the spacer comes out and the spacers breaks?

Spacers hut SO bad but i only had mine in for 1 day :D then you have to get the expanders and IT HURTS SO BAD WHEN YOU EAT!!!!!!!
