Eternity is NOW eternity is being now one must go through emotional death to be able to be in eternity ,there are no good emotions they are not real at all ever,this is a very painful experience and if its not painful then you are not enlightened.

Id like to thank whoever for this vid, it made be realise what i was doing wrong. I think the single most important point Ady made is at the end......................... "stop looking and you will start to feel the presence you were looking for is already present....... do not touch it with your mind" , those words " do not touch it with your mind! " resonated with me so deeply that they stopped my insanity, thankyou. Peace an love to all and i hope many others will understand this lesson too.
