"Landlords" Reality TV Show Docu-Series Concept Teaser Video in HD

"Landlords" is the proposed title of a unique new reality TV show docu-series concept currently being shown to networks for sale. The show features, Brent Sobol, nationally award winning property manager and his dedicated staff as they navigate the social, economic, political and cultural complexities facing tenants, employees, law enforcement officers, and 'the system' in a low income, 345 unit apartment community, located in the highest crime precinct within the City of Atlanta. Part "Cops", part "The First 48", part "The Wire", part "Extreme Home Makeover", "Landlords" provides a graphic look inside an apartment community in transformation where lives are changed one resident at a time!

In an era where most reality TV shows are staged, "Landlords" brings to television the gritty but redemptive truths of low income apartment living. Sobol partners with established Atlanta film producer / director Len Gibson and Cosby Show, Martin star Carl Payne to develop the show concept. Proceeds from this sale of this concept go to support crime free housing initiatives.

Due to network interest in a varation on this concept, a second, uniquely different version of this teaser is currently in production.

I am not against a landlord or his staff taking the extra initiative to rid a community of crime, especially where the children are concerned. But I am against a landlord and his staff breaking the very rules and laws that they claim to invoking. Unlawful entry, invasion, and privacy laws are just a few that has been broken by this particular landlord, Brent Sobol, and his staff. No person has any right to just walk into another persons home without probable cause and he does just that.

This is most incredible, but even moreso is the incredible COMMITMENT Brent and his staff has for helping people! Hats off to you Brent! I have personally seen Brent go above and beyond in this neighborhood, and the one consistancy is his commitment to bettering the lives of the people in SW Atlanta. A person risking life and limb who actually cares. Thank you Brent for working tirelessly to bring me to Atlanta all the way from Toronto just to give the youth in Shamrock an outlet for their creativity and to help expose them to something different. I was linked to this by a friend whom lives in the area surrounding shamrock gardens and was told what a difference Brent has made- this NEEDS TO BE on TV. It shows an incredible example, and a new approach to bettering impoverished communities- and having this on TV would be the most effective way of getting this message out there.
