Apple's Genius requires you to wait about 25 minutes or more depending on the size of your music library, so that it can be indexed. With Google Music, apparently you do not have to wait a second.

@Prophet0a In addition, using a proxy, with a U.S node you can trick the system and use their servers.

They should at least make the app available everywhere. It's a a good music app. You can still get it though. Just Google "google music apk".
