@TheMrBlinx OK. I'm officially departing ways with you now. You have been too hurtful.
But before I go: you say I don't love Jesus. Nothing I've said could've brought you to that conclusion. All liars have their place in the lake of fire.
Secondly, you say I'm numb to the Scriptures, when I probably know the Bible better than you do.
It's about obeying, TheMrBlinx. Obeying Christ's commands. I hope you teach that to others. Because that's all that matters in this life.

@dzpisx Figure it out and THINK. Not near as many who profess Christianity are anywhere near being born again as Jesus demands. True Christianity is not near as large as you blindly assume (and Catholic is NOT Christianity at all). You, as with most, are comfortably numb (apathetic) to the facts and the Scriptures. Spiritually speaking, things have not gotten better, either, but rather, worse (as the Scripture says). Jesus warned it, but today's self righteous false Christians can't see it.
-
@dzpisx People don't (want to) realize just how litteral Jesus warning that FEW would enter. Based on decades on watching, I can confidently say that no more that 2% of humanity will ever see the kingdom of God; 98% will burn. But, "Christians" like you don't really love Jesus enough to take His word seriousely. Example: He warned that blasphemers won't make it. Did YOU have a merry pagan-Catholic BLASPHEMY of ChristMass ("Christmas")? Look at these Godless, ignorant "Chriastians" around you.

@callmetoday What does this do with fraudulently laying hands on someone and pushing them down? What does this have to do with fake gold dust and yellow flashlights? What does this have to do with bilking millions of foolish "Christians" out of billions of dollars? Jesus warned that FEW shall enter; that MOST will burn eternally. Christianity does not consist of people who "say" they are Christian. No more than 2% of all humanity will make it - 98% will most certainly burn. READ the Scriptures.

@TheMrBlinx I don't think there's something wrong with these churches all the time. Some churches aren't right. Some churches aren't doing the will of God. But some. Some are so powerful...

@dzpisx "P.S. I have yet to be "slain in the spirit..."
It's interesting you should mention that. After forsaking that lying, heritic, false prophet, false Christian church and way of life, I have been healed NUMEROUS times, some of which were serious, and not once has God knocked me down.
Honesty has always been the bottom line with me. Even though I went along with it, from the very beginning I felt something was wrong with those churches.
-
@TheMrBlinx Yes. The point isn't to fake it. Faking stuff is exagerating which is lying. And lying is definitely a sin, especially if it's pertaining to the Holy Spirit.
It used to be just people grabbing hold of bars or holding onto the wall, like "wow the Holy Spirit is strong tonight!" But then Benny Hinn came on the scene and started knocking whole audiences down.
Yeah I'm 100% with you there. You should never fake a miracle.
P.S. I have yet to be "slain in the spirit..."

My point never was that it won't happen again, it just won't happen like today's evangelists are trying to do it. They exalt themselves thinking they have so much "anointing", when all the time, they couldn't heal a fly. Little old ladies should not be heard saying, "Do I fall down now?". I know it's very wrong to lay there pretending to be "slain", wondering how long do I pretend before getting up. Then read the word. You know what? Jesus spent his time RAISING PEOPLE UP, not playing games,

@gsong123 Wow, I have never heard someone come against Christian mysticism so harshly before. I want to ask you, what do you think a mystic is? What is mysticism? Don't look it up yet, I want to hear your preconceived ideas of it.
worship is not meant to make us feel good...its meant to make God feel good !

@TheChristianSA This is not worship. 'In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.

Yes, I have seen people drunk many times. I used to be an alcoholic/drug addict. Simple fact is that you don't truly know the Holy Spirit. I have no problem whatsoever saying that, because the Holy Spirit does not operate this way. You are right. No need to argue... I pray that God would open your eyes and give you a true encounter with Him so that you would be able to discern a true outpouring of His spirit.

@JakeFrierson Once again, I don't think you can say to someone you have never met, that they do not know the Holy Spirit. That's for God alone to decide. You seem really fired up about this issue. I pray that you would use this passion against the devil and not against your brother in Christ.
You're a good man Jakey! Bless you bro. One day we shall meet on the streets paved with gold and laugh about this.
Love you Bro.
