@HAWAIIGURL80825 very comfortable...if you're gonna wear socks, tights with them a half a size bigger...but they are true to size

your first outfit looks a bit like something you would wear to the bedroom.
I personally think it would look much better with a solid black leggings vs these ones with the bow, then it would look like something you can go out with
