i think this video will help my friend a lot, im going to send it to her in a little bit. Um i never thought about going to the ER for help. I was really depressed like that girl, and tried killing myself, but now i know its not worth it. and i was put here for a reason, and doing my best to persue that dream of mine. thanks for giving great advice you really amazing.
