  • remove this bullshit please or rename pussy waves for a pussy driver

  • @jasonwalkabout Post me a video please of you out in bigger waves. Just click on that 'upload' button you see in the top right hand corner. Or does that mean you actually have to prove something and of course that goes against your normal youtube self where you have to try to sound tough and impressive to total strangers by making pointless comments on videos when you probably dont have a clue about the subject? Please dont reply. It will be embarrassing to see what pitiful come back you have.

  • @mooseling while they are small waves the boats only like 17 ft. i take my 16 ft larson into the pudget sound. with ocean waves

  • @dcarriger since the camera was mounted above the wake board tower then it means the waves look much smaller than they were, i agree they are not that big in this video though.. On friday i went out on the boat and the waves were reaching up to around 1.5m with the biggest maybe approaching 1.8.. unfortunately i forgot my camera mount and getting someone to hold a camera for a video produced very shaky results, i got some photos though which are good..

  • @kripkiller102889 So have i, i have been out in a kayak in waves reaching 2-3 metres. What are you trying to prove? That a small kayak which cant sink and is very maneuverable and handles waves with ease is the comparison for a small boat, designed for flat seas and leisure use rather than waves. I admit the waves are not massive, but if you would like to buy the same boat, go in same conditions and drive through the waves, you will see it is difficult to not stuff the bow or ruin something

  • @50CalPaintballSniper Also its got a wide flat planing hull, lovely for actually getting decent (bit of an overstatement none the less..) fuel economy, space inside and stability at rest. But in waves it requires massive effort to weave it through the waves to avoid slamming or stuffing the bow.. The waves were still big enough to actually dislodge the camera stand i had fitted to the top of the wakeboard tower.. (hence the sudden cut from where i deleted the lovely video of the clouds..)

  • @50CalPaintballSniper It is reassuring to see someone with common sense on youtube! I totally agree with you, swamping my own boat and cracking the hull or damaging the engine from constant ventilation from wave jumping and large amounts of big throttle changes for the sake of risking killing myself... Not exactly worth it And aside from that, these waves genuinely were big for the boat, if you look at the start where i am still going slowly you see the size of them. The boat is 5.5m and open..

  • @mooseling1 Thats right man.. smart boating. id rather be comfortable with these ways vs waves crushing and curling my bow. I like sleeping in my bed at night. you do too .

  • @Airwinger33 These are big waves for the boat. What waves do you go out in? Well i will just say right now they are like calm water, because you have 100 foot waves in places like the south Pacific. Your thinking 'idiot, thats not how it works'.. Well thats exactly what you did... Stop complaining.

  • Big waves? Thats calm water where I live. Go to the inlet at high tide in ur little 17 footer, and see some waves.
