In light of new rules coming from the FIE this fencer needs to work on getting their point landing before their foot in the lunge. As a lesson in blade actions though not adjusting it during this lesson is completely correct. Slow back foot during forward steps is resulting in a 3 beat step instead of 2. Likewise front toe isn't lifting soon enough during backwards steps to give a strong push. Possible cause, a little too much weight on the front leg. Faster back foot will help speed the hand.

Yes, I can see that, but you don't have to get mean. I just guess that's your problem, not mine, so sort it out yourself.

The guy in the black shorts needed to watch the spacing between his feet.

its not good to do the bringing you hand down in such an obvious motion, because you can tell when you're goin to attack, because your arm begins to make a semi-circle. just saying.
This is rather old now, but Delaney's hand is for the most part ahead of her feet, apart from the lunges. There is a brief lull in motivation to hit during the parry ripostes, but I still like the full arm extensions and the angulation used in the flank hits.
just my 2 cents worth
