In this workout I am using interval training with resistance to strengthen not only my muscles but also to condition my cardiovascular system. In this style of exercise, short bursts of intense exercise are followed by short rests. This causes your body to burn fat for 24-72 hours AFTER your workout. So, your body becomes a fat burning machine. Pairing this type of training with clean eating you can transform your body in just 15 minutes a day 6 days a week. Who doesn't have 15 minutes a day to workout at home? Your body will not only become leaner it will become stronger and gain more muscle tone. These workouts are for men and women alike. So, go ahead, try it!

Workout breakdown:
KB sumo squat + row 15lb KBs 13, 11, 10
Band walk push up 6,5,6 (walk over twice then push-up)
Jump squats 29, 30, 30 (each leg to elbow 1 rep)
Bicycle abs 40, 42, 42
Mountain Climbers 42, 40, 40 (each leg is 1 rep)

  • I like how this workout is working for you, but if want to be effecient, I suggest doing squats. Squats are a full body workout in itself, I do squats with the barbell and ever since, I've been able to maintain my abs. I used to crunches and plancks, but squats are the way to go. They work legs and core within a good 20 mins maxing out. Check out olympic weightlifting, cleans are also good too
