@arscill1 I think that if you explore those issues, you'll see that what's happening is like what just happened with the revoking of the subsidies to the oil industry which Obama has pushed for. It became a very partisan affair with proof that the oil industry more or less bought votes to turn it down. Of course, it's Obama who's going to be accused for 'continuing' the subsidies. It's a corrupt world and I suggest you diverse your news reads to find out WHY and HOW things come to be.
