  • I've made many sauces over the years, from 20 minute simple marinaras to six hour ragus. This recipe is among my favorites. I will be cooking this for years to com. Thanks Ruusvuu!

  • @padude64 I like eating animals that have been not allowed to walk or really even move for that matter. Veal is good

  • If you put 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning 1 celery heart and 1.25 bay leaves per pound of meat in your recipe it will be better. You should simmer the sauce for at least 6 hrs, adding water as needed every 1/2 hour -stir well. I think your recipe sounds good but this will improve it greatly. My mom learned how to make a great 8-hr sauce in 1951 from an Italian lady when she was 21 years old. What I am telling you is based on that recipe. You seem to really enjoy cooking so please try it.

  • o nice nice

    looks yummy

  • I used Burgundy wine to make my sauce and made meatballs with beef pork and veal and man was it great!

  • Its an art to make that sauce , I have been cooking sauce since 14years of age , I am 25 now and I have not perfected it , I have messed it up and its never the same.
