Jim Orr On A Roll - Summer of 2009

Jim Orr,

Husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away on December 5th, 2011. Jim was born in Stockton, CA on October 14th, 1932 to Bill and Gert Orr, who preceded him in death.

Jim graduated from Coeur d' Alene High School. He joined the Navy and served during the Korean War. Later Jim graduated from North Idaho College, Eastern Washington University and Pepperdine with a Masters Degree in economics. He was employed at TRW as a financial analyst and later operated his own Real estate and Property Investment Company.
Jim will be remembered as a great story teller, a friend to all and a lover of the outdoors. He was extremely kind and giving to all whom he met. He was a fabulous dancer and loved to tell jokes. Jim was an accomplished sailor and spent many years in the Mexican Baja Peninsula where he met his wife.

Jim is survived by his wife, Lupita; sons Rod, Greg and Juan Carlos; daughters-in-law Dawn, Lilian; grandchildren Joshua, Christopher, Lilyan Yadel, Carlita, Beatrizines and Juan Carlos, Jr. Also survived by sisters Trudy, Patt, Barb and brothers, Bill, John and George. He was preceded in death by his sisters Mary and Sally.
