i didnt mean to be disrespectful.i was allowed to leave my camera wsitched on until we took off...we were still standing at the airport.i dont think its funny to record ppl doing their job but i think its nice to be able to watch that video and remember the great trip i had!

All i wonder is, how is it possible that such people work for such companies?

They are the face of the airliner.

If i would treat my guests and custumers like this woman treats her guests in the plane, i would get fired.

I've had pleasant encounters with ryanair staff in the past when I flew with the airline

i understand there are rude passengers as well.

Also all staff on board, and everyone else who works direct to costumers,. should realize that such attitude can be a reason not to use the service again. (in this case flying with Ryan Air). Specially when its their first time flying.

I also know that there are rude passengers as well, and i get annoyed by them too, just like the flying crew members.
