Started to be saracastic but figured that would go over your head.  Anytime you join the military especially the Marines you show that you are indeed willing to defend our country/Constitution with you life.

...I see my posts have been deleted. This will likely not go up, but I might as well try anyway. Icaucus, while an ad is an ad and limited in scope, if it sparks discussion, then the whole point of youtube's comment ability is served. I didn't act harshly to anyone in my posts; I simply corrected them on basic administrative law and the Enabling Act so to create an honest conversation rather than circular anger. Taking that away creates an echo chamber that people end up ignoring.

the issue is that dozens of people have said the same thing. No one is stupid or lacks knowledge of history-but symbolism, metaphors are being drawn & used. People complain & I have over 100 emails to prove this-about people posting same crap over & over again about this not being accurate or that not being accurate...NOT a history lesson.

Sorry, the peacetime progressive income tax began in 1917 AFTER a constitutional amendment (a progressive tax was unconstitutional). There was an income tax earlier - but that was only in effect during the Civil War. It was passed using the President's War Powers authority but most people think it was still unconstitutional.
