The American Council for Immigration Reform hosted a briefing on the security crisis posed by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that threatens our nation if amnesty and guest worker elements of Senate Immigration Reform Bill 1348 ever become law. [Although this bill failed, its individual elements will likely be raised again in other legislation.]
This charge was made and substantiated by four immigration experts at the National Press Club. All four experts are deeply familiar with the operations of the USCIS office, which is responsible for processing applications for legal permanent residency, citizenship, and evaluating supporting documents. Among the panelists was Michael Cutler, a former Senior Investigator with INS in New York, a Fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies, and an advisor to the "911 Families for a Secure America."
As an FYI - Cutler is not a Republican.

this speech reminds me of politics pf fear that the neocons launch against America;
you can not confuse illegal immigration with terrorism .
be intellectual enough and address the issue of broken immigration system ,that i happen to agree with you , without scaring fellow americans .

The United States is a corporation, not a country;it grants civil "rights", not inalienable, God-given rights.

Mr. Cutler is a genius. I met him on August 20th (2007), at the press conference in Newark, NJ. His speech on that day was amazing. Congressman Tancredo spoke out against that sanctuary city on that day.
