No, what bothered me most about the Army was that the recruiters' sale pitch was saying that it was the "high life". You know it's bad when you're told that you get to be rich and live like a king when in the real Army it's the exact opposite.
My Air Force years were the best years of my youth but I would hardly call it the "high life". I was also blessed to be given a specialty best suited to my abilities too.

@DeltaUnitProductions your information is wrong. the US Army is the MAIN fighting force for the nation and does more fighting then ANY other branch.

@TheArmyHATER Wow. You have no clue. Why are there more ex marines than there are marines in the USMC? Learn. Some change over for skill training. Others for airborne, air assault, sniper and sapper training and even for the technology. Others do it for the chance to become Elite. Rangers, Special Forces or maybe even delta force. Things that are not available in the USMC.
