You've got the wrong idea. God is highly exalted above all men, He is good and righteous and we are evil and wicked. That's why we should adore Him, for His goodness and righteousness and His glory.

We are not evil and wicked, that is just a lie that you have been conditioned to believe.

It is what I see around me, that even the most obedient Christians are far from perfect and that evil is in our nature. That is the reason Our Lord Jesus died for us, to be a ransom for our sinful lives.
