Not true. Anybody could DDoS his internet connection within a matter of minutes via a DDoS shell.

to all those idiots saying they have his EXTERNAL IP, it takes about 5 mins to make a program that can find out someone elses external ip. and its not even useful for anything

Idiots pretending they have your IP address. Your "192.168" internal LAN ip address. There is so much fail in the video and the comments that I don't know how the hell the universe haven't exploded yet.
