Yes, but it's not easy to do that. You hit the s key to split by the way. It's easiest to split it into your clips in windows, and then trim and edit in sony.

Ok, i downloaded sony vegas, but does it actually let you edit the video and split it and stuff like wmm?

Ok, that gives me bars on the side. But it's the better of a list of evils. I need sony vegas to stretch the video to fit.

Umm, do you do high quality NTSC? It is very hard to expand the video in windows movie maker, near impossible. It is what it makes it. I reccomend gettin Sony Vegas 8 for free using a youtube instructional vid, and then cut clips in windows, save them as NTSC and open vegas. From there I can tell you how to expand it to fit.
