Yes, but it's not easy to do that. You hit the s key to split by the way. It's easiest to split it into your clips in windows, and then trim and edit in sony.
Umm, do you do high quality NTSC? It is very hard to expand the video in windows movie maker, near impossible. It is what it makes it. I reccomend gettin Sony Vegas 8 for free using a youtube instructional vid, and then cut clips in windows, save them as NTSC and open vegas. From there I can tell you how to expand it to fit.
