I called into Air America to ask Mike a serious question about the National Initiative. I was put on hold for over an hour but never given the opportunity to ask my question. Instead I had to listen to Ralph Nader blather on about his sour grapes. Mike did speak about the National Initiative in length and I hope people were listening because it's the only way we're ever going to get this country to start caring about how our government does business. He didn't address what I was hoping to ask him though. Hopefully he will answer my question in one of his Q and A youtube videos.

  • It's a good question.

The National Initiative is the essential next step in American Democracy.

It needs to happen, starting 2008 or a.s.a.p.

People like us need to considering become life long supporters of the National Initiative in American.

It needs to get a campaign and visibility going like that of The Fair Tax.

  • Yes. The People can assemble and vote, as we're this country's sovereigns. It's illogical if we could elect someone to make laws but couldn't make laws ourselves. We only needed someone to put it on paper, something our forefathers didn't do, otherwise we would've ended slavery long before "we" did. I want to live in a democracy so I won't stop fighting until the National Initiative is through. I have no other choice, I want to be free. We're going to do something about this. Who's in?

  • true. But we can't fix this country without him. The National Initiative is the first step. Gravel if he wins could set the tone for future candidates. And has good plans to fix our broken systems.

  • Count me in, s0ngcatcher.

  • Don't feel bad man, I wanted to ask him a question too, but Air America is like 60% commercials and 40% shows. There was just no time after Nader came on.

I'm going to do everything in my power to get Mike nominated and elected, because I think he could use the bully pulpit of the presidency to push through the National Initiative and a lot of other good things that would make America respected in the world again.

  • Good to his website and link into from there and vote for it. I did.
