@wung97 The Patagonia Triolet jacket is a 3 layer Goretex performance piece. This means it will have a softer feel then a Goretex Pro shell, all though it does not have Goretex stretch in it so it won't give at all. You will start to see the Goretex stretch more in the upcoming years. It is a fairly new technology that is slowly finding it's way into more and more pieces. The Triolot does have Velcro cuffs!
