  • 25g of fat isnt good at all....

  • The calories may be lower but how much sodium is in the package of dip mix, and salsa you just loaded into the sour cream? The feta and ranch dressing is also high in sodium! It may make you skinner but watch and protect your heart please! Just because it's "fat free", "light", "low fat" doesn't mean it has less salt or calories!
