songs that plays over the credits shouldn`t be nominated anyway? PLEASE
most songs that play on the credits are specifically made for the movie

bond movies
Bourne movies
Gran Torino

Those songs are nominated whether you like it or not

i don't agree at all with point number 3, a comdian should host the oscars, cause they are best at engaging the audience live. actors are ood at acting, and as for the written lines, they mostly suck so u kinda need comedians improvising there

It seems atleast one of your tips became reality this year; the three song nominees performed in one combined performance lasting 4 minutes or so, instead of one full song per nominee.
