this is a simple hip opener. the stretch may be a little difficult if your hips are very tight....do as much as you can....

I once popped my hip out of place doing the splits. Since then, I often sit like that instead of Indian style, just because it feels good on my hurt hip. I never knew I could stretch that way. Thank you!

I feel the strectch right in my ass right here...love it. Cause im power stretching to do the splits and I think I pulled something around the hip area...Before I do my leg stretches now ima definitly do this before.
My ass area just gets real tense when I do the horizontal splits.....I feel if my hips were better I could do it. Then on my vertical splits its my legs that are holding me back
