This is a tribute to Anna-Frid Lyngstad who was 1/4 of the group known as ABBA.
Andante, andante is from the album Super Trouper. Recorded at Polar Music Studios Stockholm, Sweden, and Wembley Arena London, England. Recordings started in February 1980- October 1980.

Lyrics: Abba - Andante, Andante lyrics
Album: Super Trouper
Take it easy with me, please
Touch me gently like a summer evening breeze
Take your time, make it slow
Andante, Andante
Just let the feeling grow

Make your fingers soft and light
Let your body be the velvet of the night
Touch my soul, you know how
Andante, Andante
Go slowly with me now

I'm your music
(I am your music and I am your song)
I'm your song
(I am your music and I am your song)
Play me time and time again and make me strong
(Play me again 'cause you're making me strong)
Make me sing, make me sound
(You make me sing and you make me...)
Andante, Andante
Tread lightly on my ground
Andante, Andante
Oh please don't let me down

There's a shimmer in your eyes
Like the feeling of a thousand butterflies
Please don't talk, go on, play

Andante, Andante
And let me float away

I'm your music
(I am your music and I am your song)
I'm your song
(I am your music and I am your song)
Play me time and time again and make me strong
(Play me again 'cause you're making me strong)
Make me sing, make me sound
(You make me sing and you make me...)
Andante, Andante
Tread lightly on my ground
Andante, Andante
Oh please don't let me down

Make me sing, make me sound
(You make me sing and you make me...)
Andante, Andante
Tread lightly on my ground
Andante, Andante
Oh please don't let me down
Andante, Andante
Oh please don't let me down...

  • This song is so so beautiful, as is Anna-Frid..

She was always overshadowed by Agnetha I thought, but in my eyes, she was/is the best..

Andante of cause means Slow or Slowly in music terms and the words portrays just that. Cleverly written and beautifully song, it's definitely the best song of them all, it's chocolate to my ears..

Thank you for putting it on here, I and my ears are happy again.. ;o)

  • Frida - beautiful lady, beautiful voice, beautiful smile. I love this song, thank you for uploading

  • @bourlivak88 Wrong. They were both ABBA. Very nasty, stupid comment.

  • @bourlivak88 - That's an ignorant comment and specially on a Frida lead song and tribute.

  • If anything Bjorn and Benny were ABBA but between that ladys I preffer fiery, sweet, beautiful Frida. :))

  • Yes sir Yes sir , the world has yet to recover from the galestorm that is AGNETHE FALTSKOG
