  • I think the videos are very useful as is the drill, the footwork on the forehand is at times a little sloppy, but it could just be that he is focusing on the drill and being a bit lazy on the footwork.

  • Very usefull. I'm an intermediate player and have learned that if things go wrong, "return to basics" I see many top players doing basic drills. For those that know better- good luck!

  • I really dont see the point of this drill, as for his technique, he looks extremely stiff and uncomfortable in the clips...

  • You're in no position to judge whether i have credentials.or not. Once you begin to get some coaching and advice from competent players you'll hopefully understand my comments on his technique.

  • It seems OK, I freely admit I am not an expert, your analysis may be correct but you have no credentials. The videos from Expert Village have been quite useful, unlike a lot of the comments that armchair experts dispense. There was one guy who was trying to compare the tennis serve to the squash serve which even I know is absolute tripe.

  • In that case, what is your opinion of his technique ?

  • No. You're just some random person with an opinion. This guy on the other hand has actually put a video up and we can examine his technique and listen to what he is saying.

  • Would you say i'm entitled to a comment if i'm a qualified Sq coach ???
