I think the videos are very useful as is the drill, the footwork on the forehand is at times a little sloppy, but it could just be that he is focusing on the drill and being a bit lazy on the footwork.

Very usefull. I'm an intermediate player and have learned that if things go wrong, "return to basics" I see many top players doing basic drills. For those that know better- good luck!

I really dont see the point of this drill, as for his technique, he looks extremely stiff and uncomfortable in the clips...

You're in no position to judge whether i have credentials.or not. Once you begin to get some coaching and advice from competent players you'll hopefully understand my comments on his technique.

It seems OK, I freely admit I am not an expert, your analysis may be correct but you have no credentials. The videos from Expert Village have been quite useful, unlike a lot of the comments that armchair experts dispense. There was one guy who was trying to compare the tennis serve to the squash serve which even I know is absolute tripe.
