Many projects on your site are 5-10 years old. How active are you guys? I especially like the "manual for LAND" section. Is that project still active? I've been wanting to do something like that. I'd like to see an organization that legally turns land into free plots that anyone can use indefinitely . You've pretty much done that but I'd like to see it expanded. Maybe with an active database of LAND open and in use around the world. Do you/they mind if others build on these concepts?

The rear derailleur is strangely oriented. How does that work! It appears to have a cable, so I assume you are shifting with it. Do you have another tensioner in the system?

This is really cool! You can try to bring this invention to the market through an open enterprise. To see an example of an open enterprise search "SENSORICA"
Search more on the open enterprise by searching "Discovery Network - Multitude Innovation"
