  • Grandissimo Virgili Fox, quanta energia e vitalità! Super!

  • THIS GUY IS GIFTED

  • God how I love this man and his abilities to move people!

  • RIP my friend - I miss you - Lance †

  • @CoutureOrganiste Charleston eh? Haven't been there since 1980. I have an old friend in Columbia (drove up there 5 years ago) that I intend on visiting again since he just lost his wife. Also Mark Husey is in Columbia at St. Peters (I think) playing a fine Peragallo. I'll let you know in the spring or summer. Good to hear from you!

  • @Beachesncream His jealous critics (30 years after his death) should read this comment of yours as you GET IT!! Jewish, Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Agnostic whatever, it's clearly about his connection to the music and how he connected with his audience through the music as well. Leonard Bernstein too was CLEARLY connected to the music he was conducting. This is what great performers do. My hat is off to you for noting this in your comment. Thanks!

  • @bhigdaddymark Hey there BDM! Good to hear from you as well. I'm actually in Charleston, SC now (as of last Fall). You're still more than welcome to come down and play some of the organs we have here and we can road trip it up to Columbia and over to Augusta (my hometown) and play some amazing instruments of recent vintage.

  • @CoutureOrganiste Good to hear from you (long time!) and as soon as the snow is cleared (if they know how to do that up there), I'll finally make the trip. There are more than enough interesting organs to play in Atlanta (Skinner, Ruffatti etc.). I'll let you know and don't be a stranger buddy!

  • @CoutureOrganiste Yes, I saw the comment from 19jkc71 after posting my question. I actually spoke to the former organist of North Phoenix Baptist Church (for 15 years) last week. This clip is from the dedication of the organ and I have the specs on this organ from Austin (when it was new). He confirmed that it isn't used any longer and if so, rarely (he played it in a service more than 6 months ago). I want to play it so he gave me the contact person. I still must get to 'Hot' lanta to play!

  • @bhigdaddymark It is an Austin located at North Phoenix Baptist Church. Apparently it doesn't get used too much anymore from what I hear.
