This is a poem from The Last Poets called "E Pluribis Unum", it is from their 1972 album called 'Chastisement'. Listen carefully to the codes that they unravel about our good ole dollar bill.

  • @rainingburntice not true there is was a discovery in the middle of africa made about 14 years ago that shows that shows evidence of complex wood and mud structures that date back before any signs of civilization any where in the world!!

  • In the 70's this was still the form of passing history by spoken word!! What a shame it's not the great form it was then!! We as a people(RACE) need to teach our children our history & maybe we won't be so quick to take out one another!!

  • Hip-Hop prophet poets, way ahead of their time listen to how this all relates to the present police state greed...r.i.p Gil Scott Heron

  • At 1:28 the narrator (because he's just talking) of this video makes the ridiculous claim that it was the knowledge of black people that built the pyramids which is really funny because the only complex structures in the world that existed before the pyramids were north of Egypt not south of Egypt. That knowlege came from Asia and Europe by Caucasians!
