@jentaleigh I've had Chaya since 8 wks old. They are protective of the family or whoever's in the pack. They have a very good sense of who's or what's dangerous to us or not. My Rottwieller was the same way. So you have a giant lapdog? LOL. Thanks for watching and commenting Alee'.

Love ur dog!!! We too have a GS dog he's still a baby though but he's big and spoiled!!!! Love him so much :0) We adopted him about 5 months ago or so and just brings so much joy to our family.... They are very protective and I love that about him.....

@jannaviles Not a cuddler. He's East German. A working dog. They don't breed out the Wolf. He has to be able to fight & kill bears,& wolves and any other Predators that threaten the flock. Sweet but completely turn into a Wolf if children, mom or me are threatened. A guy was running up on me with stick, dog warned him, blocked the guy from getting to me (200yd) . NO idea guy was there till dog lost it & guy ran away. Wolves have larger longer fangs he does too. I wonder if he's a half breed.
