This video has nothing to do with the Shakuhachi. The flute being played is obviously a type of xiao.
Xiao flutes are from China. Totally wrong culture, totally wrong instrument.

this illustrates how shakuhachi is best left played in traditional contexts i.e. honkyoku, sankyoku, sokyoku, dokyoku.
