Michel Nischan of Wholesome Wave

We had the opportunity to interview Michel thanks to Diane Stefani from The Rosen Group, a NYC based PR film. The thing that struck me about Michel is his passion for food. Whether he is cooling it or fighting to change the food system and serve the under-served, underrepresented communities of America, it is all exciting and desperately needed enthusiasm. Wholesome Wave invests and believes in the communities they work with. Working from the inside out, partnering with already established non-profits in order to empower communities from within, Wholesome Wave strives to revitalize America through the power of access to good healthy and affordable food.
