On November 5th, 2010 The Frozen Food Master broadcasted live for 24 hours non-stop to benefit Movember. Each hour a new co-host joined him and brought a frozen item to review. This video is from the first hour of the 24-Hour Freezerburns Movember-Thon and features frequent Freezerburns Live! Co-Host Shane Johnston.Shane brought 4 types of super premium chocolate ice creams (ok, 2 ice creams, 1 frozen yogurt, and 1 gelato) to compare it with a generic store brand chocolate ice cream.   • @dynamitecandyman I'm glad you did too! Sorry for the length but it was cut down from an hour long segment. New episodes will be back to the 5 minute length

  • I didn't watch the 24 hour thing. How did your stomach hold out for the rest of the show? Did you take some lactaid or something?

  • @TonyWoW01 The stomach gave me some issues around 6AM and that is with heavy doses of every type of antacid etc. Just a ton of food...

  • hahaha great man!!! This is a funny one.

    I wish you guys got some like Breyers or hagen das or another high quality actual ice cream. Cheaper ice cream usually taste like its loaded with sugar.

  • the reason why the generic ice-cream is more like mousse (spelling) is because first of all the dont use natural ingredients. thats one way to save money. the other thing they do is that they fill the ice-cream with air to save even more money by making it seem like a lot of ice-cream but its not. if youve ever eaten cheap ice-cream and sort of mushed it together, it will almost always lose a lot of volume.

  • Kroger has a decent store brand as well.
