  • Is there english version? Or english videos on how to play badminton? I cant understand them..

  • hum i dont have any english subs for this, there are a few chinese videos out there that are subbed however. this is demonstrating what is ment by forehand shot and backhand shot.

  • can this be the same for tennis?

  • eh not really tennis has different stroks some are the same concept but the technical skills behind them are different, so best to find some demos for tennis than try and learn it from badminton. dont want to hurt yourself or hamper your preformance.
