During a recent visit to my studio, Dr Suzuki shared his views on the land and our relationship with it . He has shared these views for my film project "Wild Waters, Sacred Places", exploring the the deeper meaning of the land for global industrial culture. As land use planning proceeds in the Yukon, especially the Peel watershed, it strikes me as essential to discuss the meaning of wilderness, as our footprint extends to the last wild places on the planet. If you have comments about the future of the Peel Watershed, please contact the planning commission at www.peel.planyukon.ca

Thanks for sharing! Dr. Suzuki makes the most profound statements seem so elementary. I'm glad you didn't trim the end out!
