New Grunge bands are needed in the music industry

I really think that 10-20 grunge bands need to go mainstream, and revive that fire that was around in the 90's. The 90's was a great decade for rock, and grunge. I know that grunge is a stupid label that was made by the media. Nirvana,Pearl Jam,Alice In Chains,Soundgarden,Mudhoney,and other bands slapped with that label were hard rock,rock, and metal bands. Alice in Chains was more hard rock,blues, and metal all rolled into one. Puddle of Mudd was not nu-grunge. Their lead singer tried too hard to be just like Cobain. They had one good album IMO.

@ihateschool778 Thrash is back. It is mostly in the underground. You have to look for local Thrash bands on Myspace and Facebook. My friend has a band called Insinnerator on Myspace. You should check them out.They play good raw thrash!

music usually goes in a good direction and then a bad one...right now its bad but it will be good one day again and justin bieber, miley cyrus, the jonas brothers, lady gaga, and all the rappers will die in a plane crash and the world will be good once more.

@nirvanaftw92 There are some good bands in the mainstream right now. Not many though. I am sure things will change once people learn how to listen to intelligent bands. Bands these days barely have a message in their music. Most rock radio bands whine and moan about break ups slitting their wrists and etc. I like your theory on how these shit artists die.
