This was the winner of the ABCs Gruentransfer "Pitch" where the task was to creat an Ad campaign to persuade Australians that it would be a good idea to invade our neighbour. Hmmm, there may be something in this, so I added my own twist at the start!

  • @SuperSkarmDG So is Australia... but Australia is a lot friendlier with the US than Sheepfuck Land......

  • 100% too easy? New Zealand is protected by the US for goodness sakes.

  • @tempunaut1 Yep I am. Except I'm not even going to try to invade the US, Taiwan, common we're getting better, Japan, nah.

  • well australia could take nz if they really wanted to but it wont happen

  • I wonder if the Chinese are watching this and getting ideas?

  • @kingazzaman Exactly look at the USA in the pacific during WW2, some horific bloody battles where both sides essentially lost due to the massive loss of life, and these were far smaller islands.

  • @GuyToughMr racist, but unfortunately true.

  • Id say wed put up a fight, but we really only have cannibal maoris protecting us.

  • @kingazzaman Yes, but when you think about it, any country (we know who we're talking about here) who were serious enough to invade Australia would be nuts to do it from the North - the East Coast is the prime target. In that light, even though it would be very expensive, and logistically complex, using New Zealand as a staging base against attacking the Australian mainland makes perfect sense.

  • you seem like you may be either completely or completely stupid. (Yes, I just called you stupid.)

Australia and the United States are very good allies. We've never had problems with them. I'm a straight up American, but if you ever talk about our allies like that again, I swear. Australia is a great country. They're pretty much the same place as the USA (just without our constitution, and with a lot more flat land).
