@45barber1 Officer Kotecki told one of his fellow officers that if anything ever happened to him in the line of duty, he wanted full lights and sirens. As he put it "I want everyone to know that I was here". He was a good officer, a great father and husband, and a wonderful friend. We all miss him very much. We will never forget.
