Tutorial: Basic move of roll spike for Sepak Takraw

I got a phone call from my friend to stop by the park where they were playing Sepak Takraw then the idea of making this tutorial is happened. Hopefully this quick tutorial will help some friends who asked me how to start this move.

Tips:
1. Stretch your body first, especially your legs and lower back.
2.This is the basic move so don't worry how high you can kick.(you can do this move without a ball)
3. Work on the step of LIFT- TWIST-LAND
4. Keep practicing step #3 to be comfortable with it.
5. After step #4 is perfected then increase the height of your kicking leg.

I'm a right handed.

In this video,I usemy left foot coz I'm working on improving kicking skill as a beginner. The purpose is to show the beginners that they can play Sepak Takraw and they can do a roll spike which is one of the powerful kick in this game.

Did you try? show your progress..:)but don't for get to do some stretching first.

You're roll spike sucks,I'm from Philippines,

A high school Student,You can play Sepak Takraw w/o "Roll spike",Bicycle and header is already good for amateurs,low roll spike can be easily blocked.
