@VenezuelanFelon A dumb fuck would also say that the reason is because of an increase of drugs and crime over the past year in r.i. even though Obama very clearly said in that speech that the school has been failing year after year. What's even more retarded is to say that the underaged kids should be held more responsible than the adult teachers and parents.
