fema food stamp fraud Connecticut reimbursement for food that spoiled

I filmed this at the Manchester CT social services building. It was the last day for reimbursement for food that spoiled during hurricane Irene. Note that no Urban areas in the central Connecticut area were without power for more than a few hours. Most of these people are scamming the system and the system is letting them at our expense.

The local news reported that brawls broke out at some locations.
