Government is a form of religion. It competes with religion. This is why the Soviets were anti-religion, and why the US founders tried to keep them separate via the first amendment.
The Libertarian Party platform has a phrase "to oppose the cult of the omnipotent state."
I'm an atheist and a minarchist, and am drawn towards anarcho-capitalism.

2)He doesn't want to get rid of the central bank.
3)He's for the voucher program instead of completely dismantling compulsory public schooling.
4)He gave advice to the Chile's government how to extract more money from the populace (ie give the people the benefit of the free market so they are more productive and make better tax livestock)

my problem with anti government people is what is there definition of government. A buisness is kind of a government. Churches have governments in a way. Even anarchist groups have structures that could be said to resemble government. I think most intelegent people can agree that our current government is costing more than its worth and is pretty much worthless. But It needs to be replaced with something. Governments are unavoidable, wether its christians or anarchists, or atheists.

I do not believe those formations are inevitable. Call the structures I support "government" if you like. They do not conform to aforementioned definition, and therefore are distinct from anything we call "governments" today.
