What if philosophy is a way of escaping, and if too much escape is bad for you then when would you know you've had enough and should stop and go outside to socialize or exercise, especially since thinking is known to be common an everyday thing. (PT. 2)

Does anyone agree that we need escapes from reality most of the time in our lives to feel better from the harshness events in life, I mean any sort of entertainment keeps us happy but sometimes we focus too much on trying to satisfy ourselves, Too much escape is negative right? (PT. 1)

To add to your logical reasoning. When it is God will it is like parents raising their child. They force there will on the child so the kid will not get hurt. By doing this your growing the child and giving it structure. Once the child gets the right age they themselfs have the right logic to think correctly to decide and make the right decisions on matters that can effect there whole life. Now the kid have the right stuff to have their own will.

Ever heard of correlation/causation fallacy? Just because something caused it doesn't mean it was meant to happen, or that whatever caused it receives the blame. I think we're referring to free will am I correct?

determinism is an inaccurate philosophical viewpoint, especially when you consider scientific implications to philosophy. Quantum Physics provides the best explanation for what I'm trying to say, nothing in the Universe is determined, and God doesn't play dice with the Universe as our great determinsist Albert Einstein said. Fatalism is an even worser concept, I feel that though they are distinct, they ar related to some extent.

I think you are assuming too much when you make your statment about free will. First, you are assumeing that if you reround time, that you would create a dimension identical to our dimention up to that point. The probabilty of Time being more or less a linear device (each event falling in sucession with another) is just too great to ignore. There is a good chance that if you took hitler's body from the past, THAT would be the reason it was never found and dissapeared off the face of the earth

You define fatalism in relation to some supernatural force, which isn't how I understand it. I took it to be as follows:
x is a fact
facts are timeless
thus x is 'always' a fact
thus, even prior to x, x is determinate/inevitable.
I think this is originally Aristotle's view (my recollection is a tad hazy).

Well, you are talking about the logical argument for fatalism, which isuniversally rejected (I'm pretty sure) and is quite different. Basically, what makes fatalism fatalism is the denial of man's will of having consequences.
