I wanted to comment that I have heard if you add the avocado seed to the middle of your Guacamole, that it won't turn brown:)

We have heard that too, but lime or lemon juice works the best.

You can also keep guacamole from turning brown by keeping the avocado pit in the guacamole. Your guacamole will stay green for a couple days longer.
