@MSfeller Thats all I really wanted to convey, and youre right, if Im not goin to vote, mabey I shouldnt voice such an opinion on the matter, but Im not voicing an opinion on which candidate should be chosen- but solely on the job currently being done...because no candidate, except Jesus Christ lol, can truly end all violence, sickness, and death, and thats not just for the american people, but for the entire world. And thats who we put faith in and live our lives peaceably by...

@MrAntny5 Thanks. No problem, man. I'm glad we came to a peaceful conclusion and simply disagree with each other in a good, respectful and dignifying manner. I understand your reason not to vote, I have an aunt and two cousins who are Jehovah's Witnesses, and they don't vote, say the pledge of allegiance, etc. It's their choice, religious beliefs and I respect it, as long as they don't impose their beliefs on me, a Southern Baptist. Well, at least we all agree that the Bible and God are the way.

@MSfeller And therefore,we respect all governmental authority and obey all laws except when they conflict with God's scriptural priciples, which happens rarely. In terms of the presidency I just fell that Obama is highly knowledgable, more so than any other candidate that was presented, and for now,he is the right guy for the job.Is he doing a great job?Well, thats hard to say, bec the american people expect him to be their savior,as if he is the messiah, but as a man there is only so much he can do

@MSfeller because,if these christians truly followed scripture, they wouldnt vote at all,as the bible clearly indicates that 'we should not look to mankind for leadership'- and not voting is a gesture of that notion.Sorry for getting all religious on you, was just trying to explain to you that Im not irresponsible by not voting, but that its because of these scriptural reasons...but I respect, Obama because the Bible says to respect authority and governments taking the lead amoungst us...

@MSfeller And,of course, no candidate should uphold the bible's standards because of the separation between church and state in this country, so we dont expect any ruler of this country to do this, and wouldnt vote for them even if one did because, again,we do not get involved politically. But of course, I still have an opinion on certain matters, and thats why I like to voice them...and it actually bothers me that so many christians in this country try and base their vote on christian principles,

@MSfeller I appreciate your apology, I apologize as well for telling you to shut up-lol. And I do not vote because of religious reasons actually, our beliefs are that we do not get involved in political affairs because we have faith in a future Theocracy,a govt ruled by God...so we follow all of the laws of the land, but when it comes to voting, we will not vote for any particular candidate, because no candidate will ever truly uphold the bible's standards...

@MrAntny5 I'm sorry for getting mad at you though, my apologies, I was out of line. I just don't like to be told to shut up, but calling you a "scumbag" was uncalled for. Politics can get heated sometimes, though, I've been called way worse than that, but it doesn't mean I should do the same.
I'm not a Republican, although between them and the Democrats I will take them. I'm more of a Libertarian and most of all, a conservative and indeed right wing, no denying.
On Obama, we agree to disagree.

@MrAntny5 And also, not voting is worst than voting for Obama. Many great man died for your right to vote, and many people around the world die today in other countries to earn that same right that you so proudly throw away. If you don't care about politics to the point that you don't even vote, then why the hell get into politics arguments with those that do? And why say I'm Republican, if you don't even care?
McCain sucked too, but Obama won, so he takes the heat for his bad administration!

@MrAntny5 I have no respect for Obama, and according to polls and the attitude on the streets, the majority of American people don't. As for me being angry, even his supporters are angry with him, don't give me that crap. You respect him for what exactly? Name me one goddamn thing that douchebag has done to earn any respect! I'm Scottish-American, not just some Scot butting into American politics, I been here in Scotland for a little over a year.
I'm not a Midwestern Yankee, I'm Southerner.
it seems a bit sycophantic for the scottish to take pride in a foreign country.

@Amunication You misinterpret the song, It is saying that we are all linked by common values and many of Obama's posiive one, if you look closely Scottish, And thre is also a bood lie though a weak one, Obams now dead mother Ann Dunham was no in doubt of her Scottsih roost and told young Barak this, the one thing he mentions about his non Kenyan roots in his early autobiogtaphy "Dreams from My father", What nation would not make use of this? How does this make us sycophantic? Stupid, if we didnt
