what does rubbing the bulb with alcohol do?? and is it necessary??

@illchayzz101 the alcohol removes any oil from touching the bulb with your fingers (sometimes its hard not to touch it) not really necessary, but oil from your skin can decrease the life of the bulbs - like anything, taking care does make things last longer... hope that helps
