It's not a password to unlock him it's a code

And Tobi's invicible he can't be hit and nothing effects him. His skills don't use mana at all. His attack is moving around the place going right behind the enemy and hitting them. And that also doesn't cost mana.

This is he gets really boring after a while since his only skills are Fireballs, Ground spike, shoot fireballs in the air and mankekyou sharingan. So basically, an unbeatable character that that was created to own people =]
