Raw Food: In this episode of Supercharge Me! Jenna Norwood takes her healthy kitchen on the road and visits Girls Incorporated in Sarasota, Florida where she shares her green smoothie recipe. http://www.JennaNorwood.com
cooked vegetables have got nothing to do with raw material. People say: Eat more healty (cooked) veggies, but cooked they have only about 1-5% of its health benefits. The body feels amazing on 100% raw. You can say: Think about the times you re well beeing was the greatest ever. Thats the endurance standard level if u re 100% raw. I love it!
Good job! I'm happy to see someone encouraging the young ones to eat healthy. Showing them that a healthy snack can be just as good as any other. (refined sugary laden foods included)
I LOVE green smoothies!

The children ask if they could eat the spinach leaves and are so excited about them as if they've NEVER eaten them before, lol
