To all you guys who are saying they can't do kongs, I was in your position when I started. Put everything into it guys. Also, try to get your hips high, that way your feet stay away from the obstacle

i have trouble climing up walls i follow all the steps but i just dont do it well any tips?

i can kong vault on a wall because i have my hands flat but a rail is scary

hey i physically cannot kong vault i've tried a million times and i always catch bothe my feet on the railing everytime and just flop onto my face, i dont get what im doing wrong, help?

I love these videos because you can really see the form quite well and it helps me tremendously- especially the vaults, which I seem to struggle with for some reason.

dude ur speed is wrong ur hand spouse to puse u forward and shud be on ur side ur using ur hand tp get over the obstcale witch is very slow, try jumping and use ur hand only for momentom forward not up

i cant do monkeys cos i got a belly /:( and besides that im actually not crappy my ultimate height has been 12 feet and i weigh like 223 or something idk and i wanna loose weight cos an 17 drop with that weight aint fun to feel on the rolls at high speed XD
I have serious problem getting my legs through my arms, i mean a i have a hard time with it.
My friend says my kongs look funny cause i dont bring my feel all the way i kinda use my arms with a little "donky kick"
any tips?

you probably need to get your hips higher and torso more parallel to the ground. also, be quick with your hands. the longer you leave them on the obstacle, the harder it is.
